What are your opening times?

Phone lines are manned Monday – Friday 9:00am – 17:30pm (GMT). For out of hours requests, please email accounts@bamproducts.co.uk

How can I see your products prices?

Place an order with us online, and we will send you your quote through email.

What payment methods do you offer?

Upon receipt of your invoice, you can make payment via bank transfer. Our bank details will be stated on the invoice. If you are having any problems, please contact accounts@bamproducts.co.uk

What are your minimum order requirements?

£1,000 (+ VAT) - Carriage paid by BAM Products Ltd.

Getting Started Online 

How do I become a Pricecheck customer? 

To become a customer, fill out our online form here and a member of our team will contact you within 2-3 business days.

How can we supply to Pricecheck?

We can offer a bespoke wholesale and distribution service for your brand. Please email us about your intension and a member of our team will be in touch within 2 to 3 business days.

Account Information 

How do I change my email on my account?

You can change your email on your account by contacting your Account Manager.

Can I request a copy of my latest invoice?

Email us to request any invoice you need for your records.

Delivery

How do I change my delivery address on my account?

You can talk to your Account Manager directly to make these changes or contact us through email. We will also confirm your delivery address with you when you place an order with us.

What are the delivery charges?

If your order does not meet our minimum requirements, our competitive delivery rates can be discussed with a member of our team once an order has been placed. They will contact you as soon as your order has gone through. Our rates vary depending on what has been ordered and where your order is being shipped.

Can I collect my order directly from Pricecheck?

Yes, you can collect your order from our main London warehouse between the hours of 09:00am -16:30pm. A member of our team will notify you when and where to collect from.

Orders

What happens when I place an order online?

Once you have placed an order, our team is notified instantly. Your Account Manager or a member of our Customer Operations team will be in touch to confirm your order details and delivery requirements.

Are all items shown available immediately?

Items shown are currently in stock, however your ordered quantity may be higher than what is available for immediate despatch. When our team calls to confirm your order details, we will make you aware of any lead times and potential delays.

I’ve made an error with my order, what shall I do?

Currently, orders cannot be amended online but our team are happy to help. Please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible.

Can I return an order / part of an order?

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we cannot accept returns. However, if your stock arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving the goods to discuss the options available. If you have any concerns or queries with your order, please speak to your Account Manager.
