What are your opening times?
Phone lines are open Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm (GMT). For out of hours requests, please email us.
What payment methods do you offer?
Upon receipt of your invoice, you can make payment via bank transfer. Our bank details will be stated on the invoice. If you are having any problems, please contact us.
What are your minimum order requirements?
Minimum order value is £100 + VAT
All orders over £1000 (excl VAT) will have their delivery charge waived.
Getting started
How do I become a BAM Products customer?
Please email us and we will forward you our account form. You could aslo simply place your first order and we can send you back the form while we process the order.
How can we supply to BAM Products?
We can offer a bespoke wholesale and distribution service for your brand. Please email us directly about your request.
Orders
What happens when I place an order online?
Once you have placed an order, our team is notified instantly. Your Account Manager will be in touch to confirm your order details and delivery requirements.
I no longer want an item I’ve ordered / I’ve made an error with my order, what shall I do?
Currently orders cannot be amended online, but our team are happy to help. Please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible.
Can I return an order / part of an order?
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we cannot accept returns.
However, if you receive the wrong stock or your stock arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving the goods to discuss the options available. If you have any concerns or queries with your order, please speak to your Account Manager.
Delivery
How do I change the delivery address on my account?
You can email your Account Manager directly to make these changes. We will also confirm your delivery address with you when you place an order with us.
What are the delivery charges?
Our competitive shipping rates can be discussed with a member of our team once an order has been placed. They will contact you as soon as your order has gone through. Our rates vary depending on what has been ordered and where your order is being shipped.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you can collect your order from our Hounslow, London warehouse between the hours of 09:00am -17:30pm. Please talk to your Account Manager to arrange a collection time. You will need your consignment number when collecting your order.
